Tara Boyce is a licensed Social Service Worker with a passion for using improv to help people conquer anxiety, boost confidence, and build meaningful connections. With years of experience in inpatient rehabs, outpatient addiction clinics, youth drop-in centers, and senior support organizations, she’s developed transformative programs like Improv and Drama for Life Skills for neurodivergent adults and Improv for Emotional Regulation in addiction recovery. Her expertise shines in Improv Against Anxiety, a research-backed course that blends playful exercises with practical tools to manage stress and thrive in uncertainty. When she’s not leading workshops, you might catch Tara performing musical improv across Montreal.
