Our Level 1 Improv Against Anxiety is a 5-week series that invites you to step into a playful, supportive space where you’ll learn to tolerate uncertainty, anchor yourself in the present moment, and build genuine connections with others. Through interactive exercises backed by clinical research , you’ll practice practical skills to face life’s challenges, with therapeutic processing to help you reflect and grow. Whether you’ve never tried improv or you’re a seasoned performer, this series is designed for you. Wanting to serve the community, this course is offered at a lower price than standard improv classes or therapy sessions.
